1: Reelfoot Lake. Located in North West Tennessee on the KY state line Reelfoot lake has been known as one of the best places in the country to satisfy the outdoorsman's pursuit of fish and game. We are proud to offer several different options on Reelfoot Lake as we have three of our own blinds this year. From timber to open water we have what it takes to give you a waterfowler's trip of a lifetime. TN licenses are required as well as a Reelfoot Lake preservation permit, and federal waterfowl stamp. These hunts are all guided NO unguided Reelfoot Lake hunts.
2: Lower Bottoms. This is the Mississippi River bottoms area located below Hickman KY. The southern edge of this area is the Tennessee State line with Reelfoot Lake breaking through the middle of the whole area. Long Point National Wildlife Refuge located around the KY tip of Reelfoot Lake provides ample resting and feeding area for migrating waterfowl of all types. Two locations available in this area one being a pit blind with guaranteed water (it has a well), the other is a slough connecting directly to Reelfoot Lake. These two locations are available for guided hunts or short term leasing. Prices here can accommodate the hunter on a budget, call or message for details.
3. Upper Bottoms. This is the Mississippi River bottoms area located above Hickman KY. This area is wild. When the water rises above 33ft on the Cairo Ill river gauge this is where the ducks are. This is by far the best area to hunt for miles and miles around, but there is never a guarantee that we will have a river high enough for hunts to take place. Call about any questions for this hunt as it changes throughout the year. This option of hunting is all guided NO unguided upper bottom hunts. Prices for this hunt vary.
4. Deer Hunting. This is one of our newest additions. For many years we have kept the deer hunting for ourselves, and now we are going to share it with you. As a zone 1 area in KY we can harvest an unlimited amount of female deer. These hunts will be semi guided with stands and ground blinds already in place. Prices are not set in stone yet, so call about availability and pricing. Buck size limits will be strictly enforced for these hunts.
Lodging is included for some hunts, and can be arranged for those that don't. All guided waterfowl hunts include breakfast, lunch (both cooked fresh in the blind), transportation to and from blind, guide, heat, and a lot of fun. Also all of our customers receive a %10 discount at Hubs Bar and Grill (home of the blackened steak). Price listed is PER PERSON PER DAY. Minimum 3 persons for Mon-Thurs hunts and 4 person minimum for Fri-Sun hunts. Smaller groups are welcome but price will vary. Groups of six hunters and up receive a discount. Corporate groups are always welcome and special meeting areas and catered dinners can be arranged by your guide. NO dogs allowed for the Upper Bottom or Reelfoot Lake hunts, this is strictly a safety issue. All KY guides are licensed as required by state law.
