Leasing Manager POSITION SUMMARY The Leasing Manager is the property's lead sales position and as such must ensurethe leasing team maximizes revenue, achieves results, provides superiorcustomer service, and meets occupancy goals. As a Leasing Manager, you willmanage the sales process, from start to finish; presenting and marketing theproperty in a compelling way, overcoming objections, building relationships,and creating excitement. Responsibilities includebut are not limited to: Monitoring and directing sales activities while maintaining an intimate knowledge of the local market Providing a quality living environment for residents and positive work environment for team members Working closely with the marketing team to achieve maximum occupancy at property Understanding the community and its amenities, rents, and specials - as well as those of the communitys competitors Conduct off-site marketing and assist in preparing marketing plans Screen all incoming residents by objective qualification standards Achieve an acceptable leasing closing ratio Maintain activity reports by recording traffic daily Assist with resident programs and retention Assist with coordination of and participate in resident functions Perform all other duties assigned by Community Manager
