As a member of the care delivery team, assists the professional nursing staff in providing patient care necessary for comfort, hygiene, simple treatments, data collection, and documentation. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the unit. Contributes to the efficient operation of the unit by picking up and delivering supplies and transporting patients. Participates as a team member by performing additional assignments not directly related to the job description when workload requires. Job Requirements 1. High School graduate or equivalent. 2. Current Certified Nursing Assistant license. 3. Current CPR certification. 4. Two years experience in a clinical setting in a direct patient care area preferred. Additional experience may be required on the specialty of unit.
